Team Illinois 97 is Skating for a
CURE for juvenile diabetes on August 21st at the Leafs Ice
Centre. The boys will solicit donations based on how many laps
they can skate in one hour. All of the money raised will go
straight to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and
will go towards helping to find a cure for diabetes as well as
helping people treat and minimize the complications of the
disease. The kids will also be at the Leafs Ice Center during
the open skate on the 21st accepting on the spot donations.
